Uomo jugoslavo, Macchina Italiana* (stylized as uomo jugoslavo, macchina italiana) is the collaboration album of Italian-Yugoslavian producer VALIO SANZINI and Bosnian producer SYNTHELAN.

It is the album choke-full of nostalgic outtakes of the bygone era of techno/rave/electro music, reminding everyone what 80's and 90's culture of Yugoslavia and Italy were all about.

Valio Sanzini grew in Italy, yet felt the greatness of Yugoslavia's golden years all his life, via his friends and family members who've married Yugoslavs. As a young man, he got an opportunity to work on several movies starring all-time greatest Yugoslavian star, Lepa Brena. Rumor says Lepa Brena and Valio Sanzini are the biggest love story never told. Brena nor Sanzini confirmed or denied these rumors.
